Rental Rates, Policies & Conditions: Renter & Driver Requirements: 1- All Drivers must be minimum 25 years of age at time of rental, and possess valid driver's license with picture. 2- Renter must be present at time of pick-up with driver's license. 3- Renter's identification name must match name on credit card being used to pay for rental and deposit. Rates: Rates are subject to change without notice. Unless your reservation is already reserved. Rental Extensions and Early Returns: If you are on your trip and wish to extend your rental you are required to call AfunRV Rentals about extending it. If the unit is available to be extended, then we will adjust your contract for the extra time/days and charge you accordingly. If you return early from your trip, no refunds are given, you have contracted it and we can not book it. Vehicle: The reservation confirms rental dates, times and a general vehicle type range. The reservation does not reserve a specific vehicle, size, type, color, floor plan or model year. AfunRV Rentals does the best to rent you the exact motor home, trailer and tent trailer that you want, but may fill the reservation within the category reserved if necessary. Payments: $100 non-refundable deposit is due at time of the reservation, if made prior to 30 days. If the reservation is made within 30 days, then the total estimated rental is due. Visa and Master Card accepted. A service fee of 3% will be charged. Rental Day: A rental day is based on the number of nights the RV is used. Each night is a rental day. Rental charges are based on rates in effect at pick-up and return dates. 3 day minimum for rentals. Security Deposit: A $1000.00 security deposit is required before departure. This deposit covers damage to the rented RV while the renter is responsible for it. The deposit, or unused portion, is refundable within 7 days of the rental completion. The security deposit may be made with cash, Visa/Master Card. To use a personal/ business check, it must clear our bank 30 days prior to rental. Cancellation Policy: Reservation that is canceled before 30 days are subject to a $100.00 fee. The rest of your payment will be returned to you. Reservation that is cancelled less then 30 days before departure is subject to the full rental fee. Cancellation charges will be taken from the renter's funds available: prepayments or security deposit. Insurance: If you wish to use your personal insurance, then an Insurance Binder / Endorsement Form will need to be filled out by your insurance company, naming AfunRV Rentals as the loss payee. If you are unable to get insurance through your private company then you will be required to purchase insurance from http://www.mbachoice.com, policy# 301478 then last 6 digits of VIN# of RV you are renting. Restricted Areas: Motor homes/ trailers are not allowed into Mexico. Death Valley and all desert areas during hot periods, and all snow areas, non-public roads, unpaved, dirt roads and "off-road" areas. Renter is liable for all damages to vehicle, tires, towing charges, broken water lines, holding tank leakage and any other expenses as a result of a breakdown associated with operating in these areas. Pick-up and Return Times: Unless prearranged with the owners. Pick up times are from 1pm - 4pm.. Return times are from 9am - 11am. A late charge of $75.00 per hour will be added to rental if late. Cleaning Charges: The interior and exterior of the motor home/trailer is expected to be cleaned upon return. A cleaning charge of $75.00 per hour will be applied at the sole discretion of AfunRV Rentals if this service is needed. This does not cover any repairs needed. Sanitation Charge: You are expected to return the motor home/trailer with the holding tanks empty. AfunRV Rentals will dump tanks and flush lines when motor home/trailer is returned for $50.00. It is the sole discretion of AfunRV Rentals if this service is needed. On all rentals there is a chemical fee of $10.00. Mileage: For every 100 miles you travel, the cost will be $35.00 or .35 cents per mile. Fuel: You are expected to return the motor home/trailer in the condition that you received it. Full fuel tanks- Gas and Propane. If the motor home/trailer is not returned in this condition, then there is a refueling charge of $50.00 plus the price of fuel/propane. Generator: $3.00 per hour. A generator is not necessary for normal operation. We advise to overnight in a facility with electrical hook ups. Trailers and tent trailers don't have generators. Smokers: We enforce a strict NO SMOKING policy. There will be a $250.00 fumigation fee for rentals having evidence of smokers. This charge is at the sole discretion of AfunRV Rentals. Pets: NO Pets, unless approved at time of reservation is made. Renter is responsible for any and all damage done by pets. Evidence of pet hair will result in a cleaning fee. Maintenance and Breakdown Responsibility: The renter is responsible for checking the engine oil, fluids, and coolant levels at each refueling. Report any mechanical failures immediately to us. AfunRV Rentals is not liable for renter's expenses due to unforeseen breakdowns beyond our control. Customer is responsible for all damage, due to renter's negligence. Appliances: A/C, TV/DVD, Generator, cruise control, radio, automatic step, refrigerator, microwave, are considered convenience items and if malfunctions should occur, they are not considered breakdowns and normally no compensation will be made to the renter.
